  Staff is very nice and very knowledgeable and it's their knowledge that probably comes off as rude or overbearing to customers who aren't as well educated in pet care. I have had the odd scheduling conflict but as I business is perfect, I can easily overlook that because my dog is comfortable here and that's what matters.

  We put our puppy through puppy and intermediate training with Craig and it was great! Craig does an awesome job not only training the dogs, but mostly training us. It's obvious he knows what he's doing. It was well worth the money! Highly recommend!

  They said the vet would see my guinea pig for free if I returned the guinea pig and it would only take 1-2 days and we could have her back. Now 2 days later they said they will give me a call back as a "courtesy" whenever they feel like it cause customers in the store are more important than those on the phone waiting to see if my guinea pig is okay or not. Not good customer service. Will never shop here again.
